Return Policy

Since all our products are curated personally, each of them goes through a thorough quality check before shipping. Hence, we consider returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances. 

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of the incorrect items. 

In case you receive a defective product, you must inform us by sending an email to support@houseofayati.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, along with clear images showing the defect. 

There will be NO return or exchange on the basis of personal dislike or color mismatch. As all pictures are taken in natural daylight and we make every effort to reproduce the exact saree color, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or device display. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for such color deviations. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. 
  • It must be returned in its original packaging. 
  • The return shipment must be initiated within 3 working days of our approval of your return request. 
  • The return parcel must reach us within 10 working days from the date of return shipment initiation. 
  • If the replacement/exchange is approved, then the replaced/exchanged product will be delivered to you within 7 business days. 

Once Team House of Ayati receives the returned item and it passes the quality check, a refund will be initiated within 2 business days from the date we receive the product. Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. 

Please note, this is a non-negotiable policy for full credit. 

Team House of Ayati is always available to assist our customers and values every relationship we build. We understand that our return and cancellation policy may seem slightly inflexible, but due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot offer a lenient return structure.
